We are 6 months since the world came to a standstill. I am sure many of us have felt scared, anxious and out of control. However it gave us the opportunity to press PAUSE on our lives.
It gave us the time and space to reflect and just listen to ourselves and the world around us..
Maybe you took up a new sport, exercise, or maybe you took up baking, gardening and maybe lots of DIY. Try to remember how it made you feel, did you feel alive, empowered, challenged, happy?
So now we have to get used to the "new normal" but what is that? It will be different for everyone but whatever it is, try to make time for YOU and embrace the changes and the challenges.
Stay safe and be happy and make sure you love yourself as well as others. Most importantly, "Keep Calm do Pilates and Breathe".
