Joseph was notable for promoting physical fitness, strength and rehabilitation from injury by achieving a balanced body and mind.

Pilates classes
Michelle runs group pilates classes with a maximum of 10 to a group, this ensures a personal teaching experience and attention to detail throughout Knutsford, Wilmslow, Cheadle & Cheshire.
Michelle also works 1 to 1 with clients, working on specific goals and creating bespoke plans for their needs.
